Two routes from the first screen
Emergency customers get a big call button. Planned-job customers get a quote form. Nobody has to hunt.
Web design for plumbers
Plumbing customers come in two kinds: the one with water pouring through the ceiling who needs someone now, and the one planning a new boiler or bathroom who will compare three quotes. Your site should serve both.
How customers find you
The emergency customer wants one thing: a phone number they can tap, and confidence you cover their area. The planned-job customer wants detail: what boilers you fit, what a bathroom refit involves, roughly what it costs and whether you are properly registered.
Most plumbing websites only serve one of these. We build two clear routes from the first screen, “Emergency? Call now” and “Planning a job? Get a quote”, then give each main service its own page so you can be found for the work you actually want more of.
Every page gets its own title, description and structured data, so Google knows exactly what it is about.
What your site needs
Emergency customers get a big call button. Planned-job customers get a quote form. Nobody has to hunt.
Show your Gas Safe registration number and invite customers to check it on the Gas Safe Register. It answers the question before it is asked.
Say clearly where you cover, when you work and whether there is a call-out charge. These are the first three questions on every call.
If you are happy to, “from” prices for things like a boiler service filter out time-wasters and build trust.
Where to start
Boilers, bathrooms and emergencies are different searches with different customers, so separate service pages pay off. If you mostly do reactive work in a small area, a one-page site with a strong call button is a solid start.

Questions
You do not have to, but many plumbers show a call-out charge or “from” prices for routine jobs like a boiler service. It cuts down on calls that go nowhere. We will set it up however you prefer to work.
